MADFABULOUS
It's not every day you get to work with Ed Sheeran's drummer (Mark Pusey), the trombonist from the James Brown live band (Danny Barley) and the City of Prague Philharmonic at the same time! The below clips from the Madfabulous soundtrack combine 1890's jazz with modern period drama music in a culture clash soundtrack which tells the true story of British legend Henry Paget.

Listen
When Henry Paget inherits a vast fortune and finds himself taken from 1890's hedonistic Paris, to prim and proper regal Wales, a clash of cultures occurs when he becomes head of the court. Based on a true story.
Writing the music was about finding the clash of these two very different worlds, from modern period drama scoring, to raucous 1890's jazz, parlour band music, and gypsy jazz influences from trombone solos and violin solos to Tuba, marching bands, and raucous trumpets.
The film was created by all OSCAR and BAFTA nominated HOD's and featured some amazing soloists from Cristina Elizabeth Cooper on cello, to Makoto Nakata on violin, Danny Barley on trombone, Mark Pusey on drums, and the orchestra was the City of Prague Philharmonic.
The sheet music for the soundtrack is available to buy on my 'sheet music' page for orchestras, and if you would like to apply for a school band to play it at a discount please do message me on my contact page!
The official soundtrack will be released with the film later in the year.
